Happy Tuesday, friends! I have a very special guest blogger for you all today - Ms. Morgan McCarthy! Morgan and I met way back in third grade and graduated from high school together. Morgan is doing big things and helping so many women that I wanted her to share what she does with all of you. So without further ado...

"Hey y'all! My name is Morgan McCarthy and I am an Independent Team Beachbody coach because I love helping others achieve their health and wellness goals!

I graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Nutrition and after graduation I pursued Beachbody coaching...and I love it! I am SO excited to announce my next exclusive challenge group starting Monday, April 11th. First, you may be thinking, what is a challenge group? A Challenge Group is a small, exclusive group committed to getting healthy by participating in the same, or similar, Beachbody workout programs for a defined period of time. 

My next challenge group will be participating in Tony Horton's new program, 22 Minute Hard Corps! 

This program is great for those that:

- Want straightforward and effective workouts in minimal amount of time
- Struggle with the nutritional component of fitness
- Love boot camp style workouts
